Click the New link and enter the physical item number.
or
Click the Query Physical Items link to search for the relevant physical item(s), then drag the items you want from the search results into the Physical Items topic.
Click the Save icon.
Tip: Click the Delete icon next to a physical item in the list to disassociate it from the object.
